Returns and Exchanges
To save time and avoid exchanges of non-defective merchandise, please check our Size Chart before placing your order. Also, please inspect all merchandise for manufacturer defects upon receipt.
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange as described below. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by contacting us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. When requesting an RMA, in addition to providing order specific details, customer shall describe reason for return of merchandise including specifically what is wrong if defective. Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled, unmodified, with original hang tags and original packaging. Returned merchandise not conforming to the above will not be refunded or exchanged, even with an RMA.
If customer has received defective merchandise, Mahli Designs will provide customer with label and specific instructions for return shipping. Merchandise returned and confirmed to be defective can be refunded at full price including original shipping and handling costs. Merchandise returned and confirmed to be defective can be exchanged for the same product. Mahli Designs will ship the exchanged product to the customer at no cost.
The customer shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to and from Mahli Designs for all returned or exchanged non-defective merchandise. Merchandise should be packaged in such a way as to protect the product(s) and original packaging. Mahli Designs will not be responsible for the condition of the merchandise, and if delivered damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges for non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received by Mahli Designs. All exchanges are subject to availability of merchandise. When returns are refunded, please note that it takes between 3 to 5 business days for most credit card companies to credit your account.
Requests for RMA’s will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt of merchandise by customer for any reason.
Foam products can have a variety of very minor imperfections not considered manufacturer defects. These imperfections are mostly cosmetic and will not reduce the useful life of the product. They include minor surface abrasions,depressions and small air bubbles plus slight variations in color and thickness. The die cutting process creates edges which are slightly concave. Over time and use, product thickness will reduce slightly.
